Eating vegetables and fruits is an essential part of a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Among their favorable properties is their taste, which can further color our diet. Greens & Fruits is a plant-based smoothie drink powder with a pleasant pear-lemongrass flavor, which contains many active ingredients.

In the Greens & Fruits product, we added many fruit and vegetable powders in the name of diversity, but that’s not all!

VITAMINS AND MINERALS

Many vitamins and minerals have been added to the composition of Greens & Fruits. The antioxidants found in the product, vitamin E, vitamin C, riboflavin, zinc, copper, manganese and selenium contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress3, and vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin B6, iron , and zinc, copper and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. 4

ENZYMES

Greens & Fruits also contain plant-derived bromelain and papain enzymes. Bromelain is found in pineapple (Ananas comosus) is a complex mixture of protein-degrading enzymes and proteases extracted from its fruit or stem, while papain is a protease extracted from the fruit of papaya (Carica papaya), which catalyzes the cleavage of peptide bonds in proteins.

FIBERS

From a nutritional point of view, dietary fibers are indigestible carbohydrates that enter the colon. The main sources of dietary fiber are whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables.

The fiber content of the product from vegetable and fruit preparations was further increased with added apple fiber and inulin, thus Greens & Fruits is a diverse source of fiber and rich in dietary fiber, i.e. it contains more than 3 g of dietary fiber per 100 kcal ready-to-eat product, when prepared with water.2

DIRECTIONS
Using a mixing bottle, mix 1 portion (20 g = 1/3 measuring spoon = 3 level tablespoons) of the product with 300 ml of water. Take 1 serving per day.
